In our initial consulation we will determine your goals, current fitness level, past exercise history, medical history, schedule availability, and pricing. Then we will begin our exercise sessions together!
The Setting Goals
When it comes to one’s body, most people have some general ideas of what they would like to improve upon. Ninety percent of the time, it’s weight loss or muscular development. What we need to do together is take those broad generalizations, and hone them down to specific, concrete goals. For example, instead of saying, „I want to lose some weight,” we will draw up a written contract stating your goal of dropping 20 pounds in the next 4 months.
Writing your goals down is one successful technique to accomplish those random desires that swim around your head.
